Jewish Family Services presents "Raise Your Voice for JFS - Boogie to Broadway" at 7 p.m. Sunday, June 14, in the Lewis and Shirley White Theatre of the Jewish Community Campus, 5801 W. 115th St., Overland Park. Three intergenerational choirs, under the direction of several will sing pop hits to Broadway classics in a family-friendly music competition. Singers age 8 to 80 were selected through auditions to perform in the choirs. Each choir will share information about the programs and services JFS provides to the community. Kansas City improv comedian Pearl Rovaris MacDonald will host the event. Ultimately, the fate of the choirs will rest with audience members who will "vote" for their favorites throughout the evening. Online voting for the choirs is $1 per vote by visiting www.jfskc.org. Proceeds support programs that help community members meet life's daily challenges. The event also includes a raffle for prizes. For ticket information, visit www.jfskc.org or call 327-8250.
