Verizon donates to Rose Brooks

Verizon Wireless recently donated $18,780 to the Rose Brooks Center in Kansas City, Mo. The center provides comprehensive services for victims of domestic abuse. The grant will help fund the shelter’s Creating a Safer Community initiative, which focuses on advocacy and education.
“Verizon Wireless has a strong history of supporting domestic violence prevention initiatives in communities,” said Brendon Fallis, president, Kansas/Missouri Region.
