The Sun sports staff selected the All-Sun Boys Golf Team based upon season results and following consideration of information received from area coaches.

Throughout the 2009-10 school year The Sun's sports staff considered for All-Sun team inclusion the five Shawnee Mission and four Blue Valley high schools, as well as Bishop Miege, St. Thomas Aquinas, St. James Academy, Maranatha Academy and Kansas City Christian. The Sun's sports staff determines prior to each new school year which schools will receive All-Sun inclusion for that school year based on The Sun's circulation areas.
